I went to Marshall's at Shoppes at Deerfield Monsay 2/26/24 2p.m. when I exited the store and walking to my parked car, I saw landscapers blowing leaves and debris from grassy areas onto parked cars and into middle of driving aisle. My clean car was now heavily covered in dirt, dust, and leaves. I called Kimco Realty office to report the incident, and C.J. called me back later. I told him what occurred, that who was going to pay to get my car washed, and who was going to ensure their landscape contractors discontinued this unacceptable practice. He said the contractor would be reaching out to me. Three 3 days later, no call. I will not be returning to this plazs ( or any other plaza) that condones this landscape practice.

After having my kids store in the kendall lakes plaza in Miami for 36 years upon me deciding to retire I was treated with such disrespect by the property manager. It is amazing how after never paying rent once late abiding by all the rules and caring for this shopping center like it was mine I could be treated with such disrespect on the last month shame on Kimco realty you should be ashamed of your self for having an individual like this on your staff!!

Unprofessional and Scummy. Working with them will be a displeasure every step of the way. Be sure to know your rights with ECOA, they will try to misinform you otherwise.
