I loved living at Kimberly Terrace. Any maintenance issues were solved in a very timely manner. The manager Sarah was absolutely amazing! All of our neighbors were super friendly. This was a great place to live.
Manager "Sarah" was very friendly helpful and was always looking out for her renters. When something needed fixing she was on it. Place is very quiet and we never had any problems for the year and a half we live there.
It is a quiet and safe place to live. The neighbors are nice and the apartment is regularly maintained. The manager is also super nice and friendly!
Sara a manager is awesome and really helpful, we have been living here for more than 4 years amd we haven't had any problems other than small things
It's the best apartment ever I suggest to go there also cheap than other apartments has speacitals and the manager Sarah is super nice her daughter is adurable #thebestappartment.
