DO NOT MOVE THERE. Besides the rent, they charge extra money for the use of common areas, even for the outdoor lights in the parking lots and for the water you send down the drain. Those charges make no sense. logically, those things should already be included in the rent, like everywhere else. Don’t let them rip you off.

Off to a disappointing start: Office hours on Saturday for a move in are 10am. Asked to pick up keys at office closure to get move in started earlier on Saturday and was met by a rude voice declining the courtesy. I mentioned it seems silly to decline a courtesy of a new resident and start a new relationship off so poorly. It appears so far that the staff are much more worried about their look to new residents and are happy to write retaliatory remarks about prior residents. I so far regret signing a lease with a company that lacks courtesy and ethics. Update: The property manager is an angry, hostile mess and is responsible for the unpleasant conversation above. I have been living at Kimberly Park apartments for 3 years now. I’m signing my new lease here in a few weeks and have no plans on moving anytime in the future. The management staff is very friendly and helpful. There is cleaning staff that works at each building every day of the weekdays. Maintenance on staff 24/7 and quickly responds to any issues. Laundry on every floor, snow plowing immediately during any significant snowfall, and an easy to use app for paying rent, submitting repair requests, and community board. Love it here!

I live in building 3. I wanted to thank Visnja for all her hard work. She goes above and beyond cleaning this building and its apts. The laundry room and lobby are always spotless. if you need help with anything she's always there. She is really a special person. This is the best kept building in the complex. Please do me a favor and replace the carpeting and wallpaper in the hallway. Its not only old and filthy, its depressing. Other than that, I love the place.

I stay there the team is very careless and very rude Smell of cigarettes and marijuana in my block One time I pay my rent so on some technical issue the bank didn’t pay on time They charge me about 500$ late fee At the end of my agreement my wife give the key and clean apartment they said we got the apartment and there is no issue and you will get the security deposit in 30 days So after a month I call for deposit the lady said we were waiting for your call to get a new address so I gave that 2 weeks later I called she said your address is not right the mail returned to the post office We will send you again After a week I call again she said you don’t have any security deposit because you mess the apartment!!
