I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Looked up and realized I never reviewed when we moved out. We were pristine tenants. Always paid rent on time. Always polite, never complained or caused an issue. With all of the reckless tenants, pitbulls, loud partying, even bedbugs and ants infesting the building... we STILL were great tenants. When a new leasing manager was hired, she took it upon herself to, without any formal notification, to go around and spray for bugs. My mother was in town staying with us for the weekend, while my husband and I were working that day. When my mother politely declined the spray (as she was not dressed properly at the time and was given no warning of their drive by), they unlocked the door and PUSHED my mother out the way of the door. ~Roach infested~ ...Where do I begin... $2/load wash & dry ... Actually takes $1 to wash & $7 to dry Gen Maint ... Dan is a pro & a Vietnam Conflict veteran (USArmy) Parking ... The residential parking needs to be redone, (sealed with lines) or get "towed" [it's actually threatening language] Common areas ... Chicken bones & no fire extinguisher Security ... No access control; side door is broken allowing anyone in; no real locks on "garden level" apartments & no screens Access to management ... very limited; no real background checks (credit/criminal/pro/pers); $0 application fee with ID/DL Jose, bldg "manager" Cindy, leasing agent Scott, owner Schultz Properties/slum Lord

Most disgusting place ever. Maintainence man is beyond rude he's even rude to your guest . Neighbors are loud ALL DAY and nothing gets done about it. You can feel the air from outside through the windows. Toilet leaks. Walls floors and everything need to be updated. They aren't professional at all in the office. Also they have roaches . I do not recommend. Try University Village they're great!!!

When i moved in the oven was dirty and the freezer .The tub had a hole in it the d door was broken , the hallways smelled really bad and kids were in the hall all the time smoking weed leaving trash.The faucet was leaking I lived there 9 months never fixed the door.but always wanted rent.

The entire staff is poor at communicating with their tenants and possible tenants
