Another great experience with Kim recently! We have now used her help to purchase two homes for ourselves, sell one home, and most recently to purchase a home for my parents for when they move to Colorado later this year. She is always thorough and professional but more importantly, she is your advocate at all times. During our first home closing there was a contentious moment for us with the sellers and she stepped in immediately to aggressively fix the issue. It meant a lot for sure. When selling our home she did a great job staging and leading us through the process, helping to educate us and not just tell us what to do. From start to finish we have been very happy each time and would definitely use Kim again ourselves and refer friends and family to her. You should use her too:)
