This is absolutely the worst place to live. The whole entire property is infested with roaches and bed bugs. They spray for bugs with water. The roaches are coming out of the doors windows etc. One of the women has bed bugs so bad they crawl all over her. She has to sit outside on her porch just to get a little relief from the bits. Don't ever live at Woodland Lake apartments in Butler KY. Go see for yourself. Only takes a minute to see roaches crawling all over the building. It's absolutely disgusting. And when you ask the landlord to help get rid of them. They will say there was never a issue with roaches. And will try and evict you. Worst slumlords ever.

Absolutely disgusting apartment complex (woodland lake apartments) the roaches have infested every apartment in every single building not only do kim and ken not take care of it but they balme it on you and then threaten with eviction when you want the problem fixed , absolutely atrocious and definitely gave me ptsd from how bad the infestations are. If you dont believe knock on any door over there and see for yourself you can see them crawling on front doors / walls just when you open the door , ive also heard other pwople over there complaining about bed bugs and fleas

Great landlords too rent from. They never bother you as long as you are getting your stuff done and paying your bill. Even when the virus was on my bed I couldn’t get my rent together for the next few months I had gotten sick and they never once asked me for anything but instead they helped me find assistance in the rental units and utility bills. Thank goodness for Kim and ken hodge.

They are wonderful people and great hosts love them lots and the place is wonderful as well
