Kildaire Reserve Apartments

Ive really enjoyed living here! Ive lived here for a year and definitely renewing! I love the admin workers, they are always so welcoming and caring! Pretty good price for the space! :) Also I love Chardonei, shes the BEST seriously! She takes anything I bring up to her with care and ease! Clara is also amazingly sweet!

Me and my family absolutely love living here. It's such a calm and peaceful community. The office staff are amazing and the maintenance team rocks!!! They are helpful and they know what they're doing. 😊

It’s like pulling teeth trying to get maintenance to do anything for you. I had to chase down the maintenance to come install our washer and dryer that they just left outside our apartment. We were given the wrong mail key at move in, and it took over a week to get the “correct” copy, which still didn’t work. It then took another week to finally receive the right one. Which only happened after I kept showing up at the leasing office and bugging them about it because they refuse to answer the phones. They also are rarely in the office. They had maintenance install our stove on move in day, but it wasn’t installed correctly. When we got them to install it over a week later, one of the main burners doesn’t work. Chardonei was very helpful explaining the process of getting an apartment. The price of the apartments are very reasonable. The apartments are in a very good location. They have shopping centers , gas station and Wake Teck campus less than a block away. If you want to know anything about the apartments ask Chardonei.

Upon moving in, I noticed my stove was not plugged in, which I was told it would be before move in. It took staff two weeks to address this issue. When I came in for the final time and asked for help, they only did once I asked for a rent reduction. Before that, the leasing office agent condescendingly asked “Does your microwave not work?”. Which I was appalled by. Staff in the front office also don’t seem to think bug and rodent issues are urgent matters. There was a bird infestation in a few of the buildings and the walk ways were covered in feces, it took 6 months for this issue to be addressed. So my neighbors and I got to smell warm bird poop every time we walked outside. The most recent issue, is trash. Residents are required to pay for valet trash, but the trash pick up only happe
