Kilbourne Apartments

this place is great!! and a great saving.. a nice new kitchen and bathroom .. it's been totally remodel..and we will be using it again .. if you are checking out at 11am please be warned the clean up people will be outside waiting at 11:01 to clean up .. so be ready by 11 to get out .. we were sitting at the table drinking a cup of coffee after loading the car at 10:30 and look out and saw them .. no big deal .. just use to the big hotels where you can hang out a hour or so after the check out ..

Super small complex and everyone is in your business watching you all the time even when you think they are not. They call and report back to the office and the office follows them up. Super unprofessional. Good price but not worth losing your privacy over.

Lived here for a few years. Awesome space for someone living alone. I didn’t have any issues and sometimes miss living there!

It's very quiet here. It's close to Rosewood and this makes shopping and other services very accessible.
