Worst place to ever stay and I wish I could give a zero star. They don’t clear or put ice on the snow when it snow heavily and they don’t clean around the apartment complex. The complex is always dirty with filth all over. The maintenance are very lazy and do nothing,they don’t even come on time to fix a problem when you put in a repair request. Bad place to ever live

If i could leave no star i would ! The neighbors are inconsiderate , the maintenance guys don’t salt or shovel during the winter . The pool is trash ! The office guy is ALWAYS walking around instead of fixing issues and actually his job . Also the maintenance men STEALS out your apartment and when you go to report it , the office acts like they all of a sudden don’t know who their maintenance guys are . 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody ! You’ll have neighbors who kids play around or on your car or neighbors who cook very stinky foods and the smell will come through the bathroom into your apartment. This has been the WORST apartment I have ever lived in . I could continue , look at the photos ! That was my air & ac unit ! I demanded them to come & change to unit ! They “ calm “

Place is dated, my ceiling caved from the upstairs neighbor’s shower, and my washing machine died since I’ve moved in earlier this year. Dirty, undrained water was left in my washer over the weekend to stink up the place. Maintenance and leasing office staff are nice people so they get an extra star, but their urgency for repairs lacks. Mostly I hate how my whole place reeks of second hand smoke all the time thanks to those that live here. I pay too much for all these asthma flare ups and constant illness in my own home. Everything I own smells so strongly, it burns my throat. Not sure they’ll be able to renovate away the stench that a good majority of residents have engrained into the place, but I wish them luck. Genuinely can’t wait to get out of here.

Lived there 7 years. Nice layout with washer and dryer in unit. Great neighbors and quiet . Heating and cooling is the same as you find in motels and sucks.when it rains the mulch comes up over the sidewalks which then gets tracked into apartment. Ice and snow removal is poor.

I was given the bare minimum legal notice, 30 days, that they would not be renewing my lease so the could renovate. No doubt so they could justify jacking up the rent sky high on the next tenant. I told the office it was pretty lousy of them to give me a 30 day notice when I have to give them 60 days notice that I am moving. I was told they did not know any sooner. This is a lie. They knew full well. In the past they have put a notice on my door sixty days before my lease was up asking me to renew. They have known for quite some time I am sure. They just did not care to let me know sooner, or how such short notice might make my life difficult.
