If you can use a different title company, please do. We had a very unpleasant signing/closing day. We were first time home buyers and our closer was RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Talked extremely fast? Texting at the table while we were going through our paperwork and just very nasty with our realtor for no reason. Ruined what should have been a joyful day. She barely uttered congratulations as she stormed out of the room. Mind you we were there for 3 hours and she acted as if we were a nuisance. No patience or hospitality at all. Avoid this company at all cost.

Worst experience from start to finish. These people couldn't tell me how much I needed to close 24 hours before closing, then got the math wrong and I still, a month later haven't been paid the difference. The agent they sent to closing had no idea what she was doing, so we called the office and they couldn't do math apparently, despite that being their only job.

Will not recommend this to anyone. People are slow, much less professional and there is absolutely nothing from this firm that would have made me recommend them. Had issues with them 3 years ago, and thoughts by now they would have improved, but their services professionalism just went backward. They barely keep their words. If you're looking for a serious firm with excellent services, this one will not satisfy your needs. Do not want to name specifis people, but I would have given 0 star if possible. Do not recommend... save yourselves time and money if you're looking for your settlements and others services needs... all but keystone.

I wouldn't recommend keystone. I've been trying to speak to someone over a week since I received my tax bill in the mail, which was supposed to be submitted by Novermber 30. As soon as I received it, I tried everything to get in contact with them to find out when they will be sending the money to pay the tax bill. They don't have the decency to call or speak to me over the phone. Instead they tell the receptionist what to tell me. I understand they are closing on homes but no one can take 5 minutes to tell me how and when my money will be sent? Take your business else where. Save yourself a headache.

I am Mrs.Chong Won Kwak and today is March 13,2020. I have sold my current townhome 11224 Terrace Lane Fulton, Maryland 20759 and bought a new townhouse through contigency. Our new home company is the Dan Ryan Home Builders and their title company for purchases are the Keystone Title Settlement Services and that is their preferred company. I did want to pick a different title company, but that is what they have typed on our purchase home agreement documents. Hopefully the service will be of quality, promptness, properness and professional service. Not just temporary but when we or others are in need of their service any time afterwards, because a home is important and the people of the company who services the information, records, etc. has to be trusted.
