Keystone did a great job handling the title services for my home purchase. I called them several times just to verify and confirm some items, and they were so kind and patient as they walked me through the process and put my mind at ease. They also did a fantastic job of getting my closing done quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. The digital portal they use made it very easy to get/upload documents and see what stage of the process my home was in and made home buying easy for me even though I was in a different state. Highly recommend!

It is my first time buying a house and KPSS made everything so smooth and simple. Between Tricia Smith (KPSS), my realtor, and my lender, I found the process to be mostly straight forward. Any time I had questions a quick phone call or email was answered and left me more understanding of the whole process. The office was well kept, everyone was very professional, and I got copies of all my paperwork physically, and digitally. I will keep them in mind any time I need homebuying or selling services. I highly recommend Tricia and KPSS overall.

The agent failed to communicate effectively with my realtor to get accurate commission numbers. Wouldn't give a time for settlement until the Friday before (Tuesday closing). Then the fourth day after my closing and i still hadn't received my wire transfer i reached out. Turns out the agent used the wrong forms and had to resubmit. Didn't bother to let me, the seller know. Money i should have had the same day or next will take almost a week to get (hopefully since i don't have it yet). Less than 2 weeks before Christmas, the delay is not appreciated.

Atmosphere was welcoming, very nice staff. The team I worked with Chris Avila, Richie J. Collazo ,Diana Mateo and Shantell were amazing from the beginning of my closing till the end. Additional staff that came in during process were friendly and proactive to the process that was taking place.
