The management at Sophia Square is horrible. The same problems occur over and over and nobody seems to care in the office. The manager constantly says everything is out of her control and blames everybody above her. The elevators consistently break down, the key fobs often need to be swiped 6 or 7 times to get the door opened, the hallways are either 79ﾟ or freezing cold and the pool is currently closed down by the board of health. They self proclaim this as luxury living but it is really where luxury meets malfunction.

The only experience I have with them is their takeover of West Clay's Wentworth Apartments, where I felt forced to break my lease and leave with their constant coming into my place, then their forced renovation of every unit. This included up to 3 business days of their own choosing to bring in a bunch of contractors the residents didn't know or choose - to tear up some of the carpet, countertops and the rest. This just eroded my trust and was too invasive for me. In my checking around, this is usually done when residents leave after their lease is up, and most people I talked to were shocked to hear it. Other property managers from other facilities were also dumbfounded or admitted it does happen occasionally with apartments, but is very hard on residents. Very poor practice. It's not th
