Keystone Custom Homes - Lexington Point

We are new home owners in Lexington Point and worked with Keystone Custom Homes. They are an incredible company to work with. We love the new construction. The quality of work and attention to detail have been truly impressive. Every room, fixture, and installation were all what we had selected and hoped for. It has been a pleasure to watch this team bring our dream home to life.

We absolutely love living in Lexington Point! We moved here from about two hours north and this area is so serene and peaceful - it's been such a wonderful change. The neighborhood is the perfect size - not too big, and the homes are nicely spaced apart, which gives everyone a sense of privacy. I really appreciate how the builder, Keystone Custom Homes, designed the community, with homes thoughtfully angled and staggered to make it feel open and inviting. The location is idea too - close to Delaware and Philadelphia, and the commute via Route 1 couldn't be easier. We couldn't be happier to call Lexington Point our home!

We initially had a positive experience with Keystone Custom Homes. Their design team guided us through the selections, offered customization options, and helped us plan our home exactly the way we wanted. The start of construction was delayed due to the wastewater treatment plant, which we understood was outside of their control. Once construction began, communication and coordination improved significantly. We received regular updates, and the team was responsive in addressing our questions and concerns throughout the build. Overall, we appreciate the effort they put in to ensure the home was progressing as expected

We purchased our new home in Lexington Point. The overall process was smooth, except for that we have to wait for more than 12 months to get all approvals. Gary Coolbeth (the construction manager) and Mickey Thompson (land development) worked hard to get us into our dream houses. Thank you!
