We must have looked at 8+ communities and over 20 houses before deciding on our home in Kellerton. We are so thankful we landed in such a beautiful community. The location right beneath the mountains is really so beautiful. For us, we especially enjoy the pool and amenities available right down the street. (Clubhouse, pool, playgrounds, grocery stores & downtown nearby as well!) We couldn’t be happier with our home buying process and the way our house turned out! Vicky was so helpful to us ( & still is, even over a year later!) There were a few minor issues as any house will have. I appreciated Keystone building in a year long warranty to fix any issues that may come up. Just extra sense of security, and they took care of everything for us on our punchlist with no problem. I loved my experience buying a home in the Kellerton community. I had visited before and immediately knew that I wanted to become a part of this community. I had looked around at other communities in the area, but there was something about Kellerton that made me want to live here. A few months ago, the perfect home became available for purchase and the minute I stepped in to view it, I knew I was in my forever home. My new home advisor was Valerie. I really enjoyed working with her throughout the home buying process. She was always available to answer questions and helped with any hiccups along the way. My construction manager was Andrew. We really like our house, and our construction manager, Eric, was great and is still very responsive. Overall, the Keystone staff is very professional. They also stand by their warranty. Some things are reasonably priced, but others are not (as with any semi-custom builder).

Our experience with keystone new home advisor, home designer, construction manager were great. Always communicated with us via email and phone, answered all my calls and took care of us. All the process during the construction are clear and on time. We don’t need to worry about anything. Everything went well from the start to close. This was such an awesome and amazing experience for my wife and I. Our home is amazing and we love it. We will definitely choose Keystone again for the next new home.
