Our sales representative was helpful and accommodating—never too pushy—working closely with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process, Keystone maintained consistent transparency regarding our housing timeline and the steps leading to completion. We truly enjoyed the design phase, where we had the flexibility to customize the floor plan to fit our needs and select design features that reflect our style. Building a home with Keystone Custom Homes was great! It was worth the wait!!! From start to finish, it was about a year long process. We were led along the process with an easy to navigate app so we had all updates step by step. The design studio was a hands on experience. The building team communicated to us regularly with photos and updates. I would recommend Keystone Custom Homes to friends or family. We love our home!!!!

My husband and I did a virtual meeting with Devon Creek a few weeks ago. We were rather frustrated, because they are very secretive about pricing. We asked what their minimum build price was prior to the meeting, but we were told they won't discuss it until the meeting. During the meeting, they wouldn't talk prices until 45 minutes in. Minimum cost of a townhouse from them is $350,000. When we said we couldn't afford that, the salesman spent 20 minutes trying to convince us we can after going through a budget plan and asking lots of questions about our income and expenses. I did not enjoy the experience, as it felt like a bad car salesman trying to sell to us. We were already iffy about bothering with the meeting, as we have a few friends who built houses who said that Keystone does shabby

Called to try and get a tour of their estate model, the person answering the phones was incredibly unhelpful and actually HUNG UP ON ME when I had additional questions about the community. I couldn’t imagine how they’d respond if I needed fixes or adjustments to my property. Completely unprofessional
