Had the "pleasure" of dealing with C.N. "Nick" Sherfesee. This guy had no idea about his property, told us the owner would take an offer, then he was firm. Said he would subdivide, then he wouldn't. Said the square footage was one thing, wrote a contract with another. Come to find out he never submitted anything to the owner either. No wonder it's been vacant so long. Don't waste your time. Unknowledgable guy who has no place in the industry, should go start his post career on the green.

Attempted to contact someone at this organization about a property but I have not received a call back and it's been over two weeks. Never mind I lost interest in the property.

She was very nice to speak to and made paying over the phone easy.
