Keystone at Fayetteville Apartments

I would like to recognize John, one of the maintenance team members at Keystone Apartments for his outstanding service. A work order was submitted to replace an outside light bulb, and he came by the next day and completed the job quickly and professionally. John has also gone above and beyond on other occasions. When my washer and dryer were not properly set up by the delivery team, he and his supervisor - who spearheaded the whole setup, stepped in and made sure everything was installed correctly. I truly appreciate their willingness to help when they didn’t have to. Additionally, I value how they communicate ahead of time regarding pest control visits and always respect my privacy - the previous team didn’t. Update 3/9: Settling in and had a minor issue with my sink. Stopped into the office and by the time I crossed the lot to get home, John, from maintenance was knocking on my door. Took him less than 15 minutes to fix the problem with a smile on his face!! I think Im gonna love it here ☺️❤️

I had to leave a review because the service today was top tier. We put in a work order for our refrigerator just a few hours before, and maintenance showed up the same day ready to go. He came fully prepared, knew exactly what he was doing, and fixed the fridge quickly without any hassle. On top of that, we mentioned we were also having issues with our stove, and he handled that right away too. You could tell he was experienced and knowledgeable — no guessing, just straight to the solution. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely kind the entire time. It’s rare to get service that’s both efficient and personable. Definitely appreciate the quick response and quality work. 5 stars all the way.

Mr. John was an outstanding help to me this morning. I put in a request early morning and he was at my door as soon as office hours started ready to fix all my problems. He quickly assessed all my issues from locks to water leaks then efficiently handled everything. It completely made my day knowing that all my housing issues were resolved before heading out for work!

Moving into The Keystone Apartments was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. From the first day, the apartment had a serious roach problem and a strong, nasty smell. The fans didn’t work properly, and the HVAC system was extremely old — from the 1970s — which they only decided to replace months later. When we moved in, the apartment was not clean at all. We found screws, earrings, and even needles on the carpet, which is extremely dangerous, especially since we have a two-year-old child. There was also a weird liquid seeping out of the floor whenever we walked near one area. We requested a ceiling repair, and maintenance came, cut a big hole, and left a bucket under it for over a month without ever finishing the job. Thankfully, we moved out — but even then, the management charged us
