Key West Village

Please don’t choose this place to live. Save yourself from liars. It is a horrible trap. They don’t fix things. Finding the ways and lame excuses to add extra charges and fine on residents with no reason. Spoil your respect. Staff is very rude and they don’t even know how to talk and behave. Breaking govt laws without hesitation. Roaches are all over. Water smells really bad even you can feel while taking shower. Their apartments floor and ceiling is about to finish. They are very negative people. They think negative and behave accordingly to residents. Save yourself and family. They talk very sweet in the start. They will visit your place without your permission and leaves the lights on.

I've been here for almost 3 years now and am very pleased and happy with the staff. They do fix things upon request. If you have pest problems, then most likely it's your neighbor's fault for being dirty...or yourself. I am very appreciative of the staff...especially Ms. Lisa for taking care of things here.

I’m current resident here. I would never recommend this complex. I had issue with roof ceiling over 5 moths and they have fixed it now. It is still bumpy and made me scared when raining. They promised to spray every other week for pets control but they never did. Sink has bad smell. Last time when I asked them that can I leave the apartment as you’re unable to fix and they said okay you can leave and later after 3 days when I started moving out my stuff and rest of my stuff was in. They have locked me out and forced me to stay. They were rude to me. They threatened me to pay the rent otherwise they wouldn’t let me take my stuff out and would lock out tomorrow as well. I offered them that okay I’ll pay for 15 days and you can keep security but manager Myte refused and threaten me to pay the

I currently live here and it’s the worse. There were so many flies also a very bad smell from the sink. Don’t come here because there are huge spiders and an infestation of tiny ones I’ve had to deal with several huge crickets and roaches too.

I awaited for the whole year to right this review they are blackmailers they try to steal my money there Apartment conditions is very damaged it was so overwhelmed and frustrated while staying in this apartment complex the staff is to rude and finding the way to keep your security deposit I would never recommend this place or complex they are robbers. They are changing their statements do not trust on them..😞😞😞
