I rented a property for 7 years and 5 under their management. Always fast to respond to the few maintenance issues. Easy to contact and fast to respond anytime I had a question.

SCAMMERS, DO NOT APPLY!!! I found a property listed by them on Trulia. I reached out to view the property. They wanted to proceed with the application. I thought that was strange that they wanted me to complete an application before viewing. I drove by the property. There was a for rent sign and it appeared to truly be vacant. I did proceed with completing an application. However, as soon as they got the application fee they ghosted me. I tried reaching out several times. I called, text, and left voicemail. I drove by the same property and they took the for rent sign down. It appears they are listing properties to collect the fees and then ghosting applicants. Mistreating people in any capacity for gain isn’t worth the karma. What was gained will wither away like dust in the wind and cost

Through my agent, we found this property. We went to the Key Properties website to complete our application process. That was pretty straightforward and simple to use. Mattie was the agent helping us along this process. She was very helpful and patient with us! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hope this experience continues to be great for us!
