Good people who are down to earth and willing to work with people in a bind. Elmer is upfront about his properties. I have worked with this company twice and quickly found housing. Their prices are competitive, their properties are clean, and they are easy to work with.

Had a scheduled viewing for a house with this company. We pulled up to the house 10 minutes before our scheduled time and there was another family already in the driveway waiting to view the house. We got back into our car and continued to wait until our scheduled time which was 5pm. Still no one showed and I had sent a message and called the phone number for their office. No answer. We drove down the street to look at another house and 10 minutes later that other family was still sitting in the driveway waiting. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I've lived here for 5 years key associates bought put Medford property management. At first it was great. Now it's hell to get anyone to put freon in the system. They just replaced motor in July. And Elmer called me and said next time they come out if the system isn't anything but clean he will charge me. And that the air guy told him it was clogged with cat hair. And that I have to keep it clean. But the maintenance guy didn't clean or tel it was clogged and god forbid he show me how and where to clean it... and Elmer is professional but when he isn't hisn't. He has lost my rent twice. Then found them both times in his drop box after threatening to evict. Always Pau at the drop box because he has cameras and can't say you didn't pay.

I was told it was a quiet secured building. Between dogs barking all day and night and residents letting unwanted guests in, then I deal with psychotic neighbor yelling profanities at all hours of the night. Been waiting 5 months to get oven repaired and carpet installed! I had to obtain a protection order on my neighbor who stalks me and takes pictures and kicked my door in. Constant harassment and maintenance is non existent. Elmer does not return phone calls or performs any maintenance at all
