We made the right decision when we chose Rob and the crew to sell a house and property. Rob is great at keeping both parties informed as to what is going on in the process. He and his team went above and beyond handling questions from potential buyers. They actually dealt with local officials on questions about building and services. It save us a bunch of work. I do not know of any other reality company that could have gotten the job done as smoothly as Key. The most important thing is that both the buyer and seller are happy in the end when Rob closes the deal.

Rob was awesome to work with in the home buying process. Very responsive and always willing to meet and help view a house. Someone you can really trust has your back in the home buying process!

Wife and I bought a house from Rob Schulte about 12 1/2 years ago and I want to mention Rob did everything to make sure we got the house with our U.S.D.A. loan.
