I have been working with Key Advantage since 2024, starting with the initial paperwork to prepare and list our home on the rental market and continuing through the ongoing maintenance of our property. Ms. Kelli, the Maintenance Coordinator, has been wonderful to work with. She is responsive, kind, and understanding, and always makes it a priority to address any questions or concerns promptly. Her professionalism and care give my spouse and me great peace of mind. We truly appreciate Ms. Kelli’s dedication and hard work, as well as the excellent service provided by Key Advantage.

Exceptional professionalism! Every staff person we had the pleasure to meet or work w/ were friendly, positive, knowledgeable and overall helpful. We've been with Key Advantage for around two years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences so far. They do a great job of keeping us informed while not inundating us with information, handling any issues promptly and carefully, and they have set, then exceeded, clear and realistic expectations at every stage. To be fully transparent, I don't have experience with any other property management companies, so I can't comment on how they compare, but they have been excellent since we began working with them, and I've had nothing but good experiences.
