Keswick Apartments

I only went on a TOUR and the environment was clean and seemed well kept. We were given a tour and the process went smoothly as we received answers for all the questions that we could think of about the apartments. The units (2bd/2bth) we viewed had garage. The rooms and overall living spaces were in good condition. The older model seemed a bit bigger but both of them (newer fixtures and older model) seemed nice to me.

Do not rent here! This apartment will charge you of charges and will force you to pay that charge and will not even give you an explanation!! Poor management! The people in the office has an attitude! Save yourself!

Ever since I moved in Kristin has been the most attentive and active property manager I’ve ever seen! The team here treat you like royalty and the apartments make you feel like your home. I’m so glad I chose this community. Staff location and apartment quality are a 10 out of 10!!

Terrible experience and i didn’t even live here , be careful they dont tell you that you only have 72 hours for the administrative fee to be refunded its “ in the contract “ i found this out after it took a week and a half to find out if i could move in or not i highly dont recommend applying here

If I could leave -100 stars I would. Warning... DO NOT SIGN A LEASE with them. I lived here for 2 years in two different complexes. Both apartments always ran hot at 80 degrees with AC on 70 and below. Which was causing my electric bill to go through the roof. Had domain come out just to find out the AC units they have are not compatible. But front office lady Brandy was the worst!! Any time I would go and ask a question, she had an attitude. When I moved out, nobody did a walk-through, so I made sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING because I did not trust her. then I was hit with THOUSANDS of dollars in charges. Without any notice until debt collectors sent a letter. I made sure maintenance was aware of all issues during mv time. I took those pictures because Brand threatened my credit rep
