Kestrel Park

I lived at Kestrel Park for nearly three years and enjoyed it. I only moved away because my preferences changed and I wanted to live closer to the heart of Vancouver. The whole time I was at Kestrel Park, management was professional, responsive, and kept things in order. Maintenance requests regarding the A/C unit, washer, and sink were handled within a day or two, professionally, and with lasting resolutions by onsite maintenance. I would happily recommend Kestrel Park to anyone looking for a quality apartment in this area. Thank you Josie, Jennifer, Olti and team for a great experience!

Kestrel Park’s staff have been nothing but kind and incredibly responsive. I’ve honestly never experienced such attentive apartment management. We truly love our apartment—it’s clean, comfortable, and feels very safe for our kids. We’re really happy living here.

Been living here a year and I must say, it is simply fantastic. Love the in unit appliances, they're super reliable. The apartment is easy to keep clean, love the high ceilings, PLENTY of storage space and the balcony offered the best seats to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July. Was absolutely phenomenal. And I don't know if the walls are just super thick or if my neighbors are genuinely just the quietest and most respectful people but I forget that I have neighbors with how quiet it is. Not to mention the efforts they go into for decorating for the holidays is just a joy to witness, just a great community here. Management is very friendly and responsive, I always get updates if maintenance that's going to be loud is going on, and definitely get plenty of a heads up for inspections wh

I’ve lived here for 2 plus years it’s been a amazing experience I’ve enjoyed living here shoutout to Jennier and Josie for being the best and also special shoutout to maintenance team for being the best as well, Tom the tech just came over and fixed one of are door knobs in our home even though it was a little tricky he did not give up and fixed the issue !!!! Thanks for the professionalism and hard work #getthisguyaraise

Kestrel Park Apartments are beautifully made, with top notch property management. From the moment I inquired I was impressed by the professionalism I was shown. Josie has been nothing, but friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a new place to call home you will not be disappointed.
