Kester Gardens Apartments

So i applied for one of the apartments, Ive got approved, after battling with them to provide my photo of SSN, weird, why you need it if i provided it for screening before, so after that approval they sent me a message that I will get my leasing agreement but after more than a week of waiting i didnt get it. So they just charge people, and do nothing. Im happy that i did not move there, i believe you management company is horrible.

The apartment was newly renovated and included a wet bar and w/d in unit. Maintenance was very responsive anytime we needed something, which was fairly rare. I even decorated my deck to look like a cute grassy enclosure! Love love loved my floor plan too. Only reason we moved was because we bought a house. My only gripe is that I didn't get my work covid care package that wasn't forwarded to my address after I moved and the manager refused to release it to me. C'est la vie I guess.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management cheats you out of money, they don’t respond to maintenance issues, the managers are constantly changing, water is shut off every week, hallway floors are dirty, they let disruptive neighbors get away with everything … I can go on for days. So many tenants I speak with have the same issues too.

Toured this place and it has roaches

The manager of this place is terrible, everything breaks in the apartment !!!
