Kerrybrook Apartments

So I moved to Kerrybrook in 2018 and I have put my 30 day notice today. And I promise it was not because I had any kind of bad experience here. Kerrybrook was our home residents look out for each other around here. I don’t have any complaints on living here only compliments. The management, staff and maintenance here are always on top of things. The owner Mr. Ben is a great landlord I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than these owners. The one thing that caught my attention when I did decided to move here is that it’s more centrally located easy access to all highways, and that it was a small apartment complex and it wasn’t a property ran by a management company. Great place to live. Maintenance is on top of all areas like laundry rooms, parking areas and dumpsters. There's even a little dog area where they have a box with plastic bags on the wall for dog poop! Tenants are well screened, the few that have been noisy or dirty have promptly been either asked to leave or have had their leases terminated. My name is masked for security purposes but I live here alone and I sometimes forget to lock my door while I'm inside and I'm not afraid. The place is well-lit at night, there's no loiterers or gang-bangers anywhere and the landlords/manager are REALLY friendly. I picked this place from a picture on Craigslist from many and something about the bbq pits and the umbrellas on the cement tables told me this might be a good place for someone living alone.

Nice staff, Convenient area to live. I miss living in these apartments. Wish I could find apartments like these in Mesa AZ or the Phoenix Valley area.

Bad mgr staff enter apartments without notifying you for any reason. Maintenance is joke
