I can't say enough about how wonderful Kerri was as our agent, knowledgeable, patient, always available when we needed her and extremely helpful. You might be tempted to think in this seller's market the realtor doesn't make that much difference and you would be totally wrong. There are so many things big and small that can go wrong, and she can handle them all.
