This place is sooooooo freaking trash scatter everywhere stairways trash pile up by dumpster nasty crime rate up most high I can’t believe this apartment still stands drugs is up most high if you have kids personally please 🙏🏾 I beg you don’t come here not kid friendly environment they tow real bad here as well cameras can’t be working they always got some street activity going on

I have nothing pleasant to say about these apts other than don't move in. Let these apts be your last option. Maintenance does not take care of anything. It's basically apts for people that are used to living in hood places. It's just like Market North Apts and Houston Moore. It's not worth the price you pay for the apt.

This place is horrible. First off the outside is filthy. There's trash everywhere on the apartment grounds. Let's not even get on the dumpster and all the tenants who can't put their trash in it. I have seen raccoons and rats in the dumpster area. The hallways are no better. One apartment doorstep was made of cigarettes butts. No lie! Appliances in the hallway and look like they had been there for a while. The bugs are out of control. Don't move here, you will be throwing money away

Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. The is the worst living experience I could’ve ever imagined. I stayed here for 13 months and the apartment was INFESTED with roaches and gnats. The dumpster was all ways overflown with trash literally all over the complex at all times. High crime with rough looking people constantly coming here for drugs. My car was checked by one of them once while I was out of town . We’ve had many random people asking us for drugs. The complex is ghetto. Recently a police van was there to pick up two kids for some reason. Maintenance never took care of stuff properly. Bulbs were out. Door locks were broken. You would have to pay me to live there again. Absolutely disgusting place. If I could do less then 1 stars I would.

The landlords don’t care! They just money hungry. And it’s trash everywhere, people don’t know how to pick up after themselves. It’s rats by the dumpster bc of it. They don’t spray for bugs. If you have a dog they will charge of course for a pet fee but it’s not worth it bc they don’t have any doggy bags or anywhere for a dog to play. Also no place for kids to play either. The last straw for me is that the landlords don’t even text back or respond to you. The apartment itself is good honestly. It was pay by the room until recently they tried to make me pay 1,650 for 2 rooms I wasn’t even staying in. I told them it’s not my responsibility to find tenants to stay there. I will be leaving soon as possible bc I don’t feel like being scammed out of money that they don’t even deserve.
