Kenwood Creek Apartments

I have lived in Kenwood creek for many years. Never any problems with parking and the office staff and the maintenance staff is top notch. Always extremely helpful, they even do a food Pantry once a week, which is amazing. The Property is always clean the grounds keeper is amazing. you would love it here.

I moved to Kenwood creek apartments back in 2023. I was nervous because it was my first time living alone. I moved in on a Wednesday and I am so thankful I did. I did not have any food or household items. I appreciate the food pantry and the amazing staff. I have upgraded to a townhouse and I love it!! I have never had any problems living here. My maintenance request is always handle in a timely manner. I enjoy how hard the staff works to make sure the residents are well taken care of. All the staff have made me feel safe, appreciated and loved. Please continue to do great things. This review is from Quiana Buford.

I’ve been here for 4 years and I love the staff and their urgency to respond to the needs and maintenance upkeep of the premises. The location can be a little congested during evening commutes ( especially during baseball season and concerts) but I truly have no complaints. 💚💜
