Kent Barns is a artfully landscaped cluster of architecturally distinct contemporary barns just off Main Street in Kent, CT. The buildings are a destination for contemporary art and design lovers who can visit four fine art galleries each with a unique specialization and focus. RT Facts occupies the largest of the barns and offers a kaleidoscope of antique and contemporary bespoke furniture and home decor. 109 cheese has the ultimate selection of gourmet cheeses, soup and sandwiches. Kent Barns is located off of the main walking street in Kent. Venture behind the House of Books and you will discover a beautifully manicured cluster of barn-style buildings housing very special art galleries and furniture shops. Beautiful architecture and landscaping that feels like a small country version of the High Line. A nice place to walk your dog or push a stoller. The galleries stay open late on warm weather Saturday evenings, offering wine and often live music .

A great destination for locals and weekenders alike. We walked around all day one Saturday and saw amazing art in the 4 local galleries and stopped for a delicious sandwich at the cheese shop. Spent the rest of the day strolling through the town ducking in and out of cute little book stores, design stores, and antique stores.
