I am not sure about the previous management but I must say the current property manager Alexis has been nothing but amazing. The move in process and the community is amazing. Giving my situation with my divorce and all this has been a great transition and I feel safe. Thank you so much for the support and effort you all put into each tenant. May God keep blessing us all.

Hi! I cannot say enough good things about this properties management. They are timely and reliable with communication! We moved in in September and have had very minimal problems if any at all. So far we love it here

Since Barry has taken over as the new property manager, my experience with moving in and renting has been extremely pleasant. He’s been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. While there are a few issues that still need to be addressed in some of the townhomes, it’s clear these problems existed before Barry arrived. That said, he has been quick to get on top of everything and is working hard to correct any outstanding concerns. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled within 24 hours, which I truly appreciate. Barry’s efforts have made the transition smooth and peaceful, and I’m grateful for his leadership and attention to detail.

This is a great place to live we have been here for about three months and we love it and we haven’t had any problems so far and you do everything on a app if you have a maintenance request you do it on there and they get right back with you and it is a really quit neighbor hood

I’ve never had an issue since I moved here three years old. Everything that I’ve needed maintenance wise has been taken care of and they’re very formidable with working with you if things arrives to call you to be late with rent. I plan on being here for the duration thank you Kensington
