Kensington Apartment Community

Oh, where do I start? My family and I moved in March of 24. When we first moved in, our front door looked like it was pushed in by the police, the bathroom was nasty, and things were not cleaned. I notified the old manager Paige asap in email. She was aware of the situation and just noted it. For the most part I had no issue living there Travis and Paige were awesome and super nice. Besides when the upstairs apartment flooded in 1/25 and no one did anything about the damage. I notified everyone! Now that I moved out and here we are 1 year later after moving out I had to have an apartment that I applied for call them, and the new Manager, Greg wants to sit here and say "I left the apartment disgusting," Which is false, i took pictures and videos of the last day there. I lived at the Kensington in Cedar City in 3 bedroom and it was so spacious and bright with built-in washer & dryer hook-ups. I moved out, but needed some help with some paperwork and Paige the office manager was awesome! She quick to answer my emails and get back to my concerns. I can't say enough about her customer service.

I have lived in Kensington 3.5 years now. My kids and I have loved living here! I dont really understand the bad reviews. Both the previous and current managers have been wonderful, friendly and helpful with anything I've needed. I have never waited more than a day for any maintenance issue of which have been very few. Middle of August now and my AC just went out, (first issue I have ever had with it) and Jordan (manager) sent Maintenance over first thing and they brought a portable AC unit to cool us down while they work on getting the regular one fixed. So considerate!! The grounds here are beautiful and worked on weekly. Never had any issue with bugs. The swimming pool is so nice to be able to use as well as the playgrounds! My husband and I have lived here for the past 1 1/2 years, and we love this community. Recently, we had some maintenance issues arise; our door wouldn't shut, sink pressure dropped extremely low, and our freezer stopped working. We went into the office to reach out to maintenance and Andrea was very understanding and was super good to work with and to get us help as soon as possible. Kenneth (one of the Kensington maintenance employees) came in today and was able to get everything fixed within 30 minutes. He was very professional and efficient. We have had an awesome experience with management and maintenance. We're grateful they took the time to take care of us!

Edit* Since November after Thanksgiving I was gotten ahold of from new management and they have been nothing but kind and getting everything done for me. I'm really impressed with how they handled getting me into an apartment quickly! Raven is very hard working and sweet and gets everything done fast! Nicole the new manager was quick and very helpful with my needs and was very sorry about last management. I love being here so far and had no complaints! I submitted an application almost a month ago and I have tried calling everyday and no answer goes straight to voicemail. I heard the lady at front desk got fired for a lot of reasons and I pray she didn't "lose" my application. Just frustrated because I paid for the fee and have gotten any response back.
