Kenrick Corporation

I’ve had a good experience with Kendrick since moving to Linden East. The workers that take care of the outside are friendly and get things done and the managers been helpful whenever I’ve called. It can take a day or so to hear back sometimes but he always returns my calls. The welcome packet they sent when I first moved in was appreciated too

Unfortunately Kenrick does not treat our community well. Here is an example of “sidewalks”. Using a leaf blower does not remove ice or snow . Our “sidewalks are a sheet of ice as well as driveways. It’s funny you always see the maintenance truck driving around but never outside doing any cleaning of sidewalks or snowplowing until after 11 am when most residents have either left for work or started their day.

Rude. Awful corp. They are rule nazis and I would recommend watching the John Oliver about HOA’s before ever buying a home in ANY HOA community. Esp this one.

I would give them a 0 if it was possible. They have completely taken over where I live because we have a weak board that is letting them. I have lived in this townhouse for 38 years. We have had Crofton and Woodbridge before and they were certainly better than Kenrick. At least they followed the documents which Kenrick does not do. They removed 7 trees from my backyard and never notified us. Now our Board has decided to use siding but never bothered to tell the homeowners what product they were using. I am making it my goal to get rid of them before they completely destroy where I live !!

I've had numerous issues that needed to be addressed and every time they promise me they were going to be addressed they never were. 2 years later... nothings changed. continually ignore or do not address situations that are extremely important. Same water issued my garage to either keep breaking up mulch or raked in the way instead of fixing the foundation where the water is coming in. now, at this point because they've ignored it so long. I now have mold in my garage. This company is pathetic.
