Mu wife and I live here for 7 years. The property was great when we moved inn. since then it spiraled downhill. The rent is reasonable but the different management companies made it worse. There’s no information shared with residents when something happens and my account has been messed up since the second month we arrived. The new manager has contacted me and is trying to fix everything but I bet she doesn’t make it here. The ole timers that live here need to be muzzled. Miss Liz shows we need change but Michaels doesn’t do poop. Today we have no hot water in the bathroom but we do have hot wat in every other faucet, that’s crazy. I had such a great experience touring this apartment complex! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and informative throughout the visit. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. The community seems peaceful and well cared for, and the units are spacious and modern. I left the tour even more excited about the possibility of calling this place home! We are shooting to move in for 11-15-25.

I recently had the opportunity to do a walk-through at this apartment complex, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The grounds were beautifully maintained, clean, and very inviting. The landscaping was neat, the buildings looked well cared for, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming.

stopped in with my aunt to see a apartment, the lady was friendly but busy with people waiting. we finally saw a 2 bedroom that was super clean with enough space for us. application was long but we got offered water and cookies. the lady said its like a family here, we saw that with all the people who came in to see her, hope to move in.

Liz is a Great Manager. The last 3 snows the new service actually had everything cleaned in one day. this last time the parking spaces were also cleaned, that has not happened before. Thanks for the great work!
