The management is really helpful and they helped me with my first apartment. Maintenance was also super helpful. I read the other reviews where people said they had issues but I never had any of those, which I'm really happy about. Overall, I recommend it because their prices are really cheap and I didn't have problems when I lived there.

These buildings are constantly infested with bed bugs, roaches, and mice. The head office woman is EXTREMELY rude and actually brought my 60 year old mother to tears after a bed bug was found in my mothers apartment. My sister moved out of her apartment (different building but same management) just months prior due to constant problems with bugs and mice. Its disgusting and I wouldn't advise anyone to ever rent from these people!

Got evicted for outside residents fighting in a bad neighborhood “36st “ Kept full security deposit. Wouldn’t recommend, racist bigget, kick African American woman with child out who was always on time and mind business.

Been living here for almost 3 yrs. Different management company than before.peaceful and quiet for the most part.

Worst place to ever rent from! Mice infested. Apartments look like trap houses & the landlord is Money hungry and will try to evict you. Wouldn’t suggest renting from them.
