. There are many things to address .I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Empire at Kennington Community. The lack of responsibility from the HOA and the entire management is shocking. After closing on my house three months ago, I have yet to see any of the issues addressed. The superintendents are unresponsive, and once the house is closed, it seems like they completely abandon their customers. Only Asa is responsive and clear in communicating . Despite submitting punch list items and having my one-month inspection, none of the problems have been fixed. Broken cabinets remain untouched, and there’s been no communication or follow-up from anyone at Empire or the HOA. Recently, I had a positive experience with my home purchase. The home plans are well-designed, offering a variety of choices for upgrades. Asa, the sales consultant, was incredibly helpful, providing detailed explanations and valuable assistance. Tiffany, the design consultant, did a good job, although the 8-hour design session (split into 2 sessions) felt a bit rushed. Some details were missed initially, requiring additional payments for inclusion. Weekly updates were appreciated, and the overall quality of construction is good.

Here I don’t want to give single star rating, because I am having worst experience with Empire Kennington management. It’s been 6 months I got new house in Kennington with lot of issues like Damaged Cabinets , Doors wear not properly installed , carpet was not installed properly , Door nobs has to be tightened every two weeks , never fixed blue tapes. They never took my words seriously , people in the same community having worst experience with empire management. Guys visit closed house to know more about quality.

Recently, my friend closed on their new home and hosted a housewarming event. However, there are still some pending issues at their home that need attention. I was planning on getting home in the community but after looking at the issue at there home i have decide to move to other communities since i don’t fell like that a new home for me .! With so many issue how some one can feel like a new home.! I don’t know what the issue is wrong with management when i went to ask for new homes there approach was very good and i felt like they are focusing on selling homes quickly and when i looked at my friend home i felt like they are making homes in rush and trying to close them soon with issues .! I want management to know that ,since i was planning to buy q home at this community.!

This is my second time writing review on empire Kennington. I am still waiting for people to come to place and fix issues .but looks like they are not interested again. I am still having cabinet issues and door knobs issues. They never took blue tapes from my orientation day. Worst management ever . It’s been more than 6 months I moved to this place . They haven’t fixed my 30 days issues . In few months I will have 11 months walk through. The emergency list is not up to date. They are focusing more on new homes.they are not showing homes that are closed.
