I have been a tenant of Kenneth Carrol Real Estate for years and could not be happier. They are true professionals. They have taken care of any issues that have risen the same day and I truly feel they look out for and take care of my family. I would recommend them for all real estate needs.

I feel very lucky to have Kenny and Christopher as the management company for my building. I've rented from them for many years, and my apartments have always been beautiful (and maintained with many original details), with repairs made quickly and thoroughly. They are reliable and respectful, with good communication. It makes coming home a peaceful thing!

As a long term Tenant of Kenneth Carroll Real Estate I would like to example how the Company is both personal and yet at the same times is discreet and "in the background un-noticed but always immediately available when needed". I entered the rental market from abroad. I viewed hundreds of properties and was told by my employer to seek a specific location. I was treated with respect and fairly by the Agency despite having no credit history or recommendations apart from work. The owner of the Property lives a long way away and yet when repairs or replacements have been needed these have been performed quickly and generously. Kenneth and Chris look after the Properties by regular reminders of weather conditions and this is especially necessary in PA as the winters can be harsh and weather

I personally did not have a good experience with Kenneth Carroll Real Estate. I found them to be a bit rude and unprofessional on a couple of occasions, particularly when it came to having repairs made and a dispute over showing my apartment to potential renters while I was not present. Despite my negative experience, I was not planning to leave any social media reviews because I simply wanted to move on from the experience. However, I received an invitation from Ken to comment on my experience here. I wish them all the best, but would not recommend renting a property from them.

I used Kenneth Carroll Real Estate to buy my first house and was very pleased with their service. Chris Carroll paid attention to every detail and made the closing process stress-free. I would highly recommend.
