It took 9 months for me to get my deposit back (which turns out is super illegal). Throughout the time they were insulting my time and intelligence. Don't rent from a company that takes advantage of renters with illegal practices

I’ve been at my apartment for over 10 years. My apartment is a two bedroom with the rooms being very spacious. I’ve only had to call maintenance only a few times in the last decade and maintenance would come promptly to fix any issue. I never waited more than 3 days to hear from them. It comes with air conditioning but being on the second floor it would still get pretty hot so I recommend a portable ac. There’s no unnecessary amenities that you would never use keeping these apartments very cost effective. I live on the caravelle location and my neighbors are very respectful and quiet and the area is safe. This is a good place to live

I lived in the Delaware Ave apartments for a year and had a great experience. I had plenty of space and a great view. A bit pricey but worth it for me at the time. The property manager and maintenance staff were available and fast with responses and repairs. I didn't have any issues with neighbors, either. Note, there is no elevator so these buildings may not be accessible for everyone. No AC either. I'm giving 4 stars because I had a wonderful experience, but kind of pricey and no AC or elevator. Overall, I would recommend.

I lived in the Hazeltine Apartments. The building is old so the inside doesn't look the greatest. There are no washer-dryer, gym, pool. Nothing special in the apartments. Anytime I had any issues they were fixed quickly and free of charge. I didn't think I would get my security deposit back but I did. I'd give it a 3.5 but I can't.

Absolutely loved living here. In terms of convenience, it simply can’t be beat. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Falls, and everything you could possibly need within 5 minutes… (gyms, Wegmans, Walmart, Outlet Mall, gas stations, restaurants, the interstate; etc…) Mary and Maureen were fantastic to deal with from a property management standpoint. I even went through some tough family times and they were more than willing to work with my situation. Easy access parking, clean apartment unit with everything you need, and just a great place overall. I highly recommend moving here!
