Kenmore Commons - KTown Creative Living

Very positive experience living here for two years. Would not have moved if I hadn't needed a larger space (all studios). Property managers were kind and helpful and performed all maintenance. Community nice too, lovely common patio and walking distance to many business. Recommend!

I'm loving living here! The staff are all very friendly, honest, and accommodating. It's pretty cool to live among other creative-types, although the pandemic does unfortunately set some limits to how social we can really be. The best part about this place is probably the location. Lots of great eats, grocery stores, and other kinds of shops walking distance. Makes delivery super fast and easy too. I also feel safe here with the gated access and security cams. Most of all, my cat is happy, so I am happy! :)

This was a great community to be apart of! I absolutely enjoyed living her for as long as I did. Andre and Ryan were always there to help me out with whatever I needed and were willing to do whatever it took for me to have a comfortable and safe home base. The other people living in the complex were always welcoming and super sweet and ready to help out as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone just moving to LA because I made great connections and felt a great sense of community.

Kenmore Commons is a quiet, safe community in the heart of Koreatown. You can walk to restaurants, stores and bars in a matter of minutes. You are also centrally located so you can drive to any part of LA within 15-20 minutes. The Property Management & Maintenance are super responsive, friendly, and practical. They get things done. I have had a couple of issues pop up here and there and they have gotten the issues fixed right away. Definitely recommend getting a walkthrough so you get a feel for the place in person! :D

Lived here for a year now. It is a quiet and peaceful place from the hustle and bustle of LA and Ktown. Great community with a property manager that does that best he can to make sure you are well and taken care of. Place has been under remodels and upgrades but the minor inconveniences are at times not noticeable and worth it as the place has been enhanced drastically in my year from the new automatic car gate to a new gym for the community.
