Stay away from these people. Pecan Square and even Villa del Zocalo will attend you better than these people. New management and since then those ugly man looking women that work in those office are not there to help. Gun shots at night no parking at night. Not worth what your paying for. They are expensive for nothing. They want to charge you for everything and are just trash trash apartments. Having the audacity to blaming me for bringing bed bugs into those nasty pet infested apartments where there are nasty neighbors living around. They even said the pest control guy who came to spray said I brought them to the apartments according to the useless manager YURI.

The apartments are in very bad condition, cockroaches everywhere, they never repair anything well, kitchen cabinets in poor condition, the pool is never open, they only half repair when the city orders them, I will move as soon as my contract ends, this sucks!

Lived here for years finally had to move out due to mice completely taking over. The manager is a rude unprofessional useless shady hag. Within a week of moving out they already had a new family moved in so awful you know dang well they didn't warn them about the hundreds of mice living in the walls Shame on you. Also the pool situation was always a pain she only opens it for a couple hours a day when she wants to use it. Other than that it always stays locked and alot of times its green!
