DO NOT RENT HERE! If I could give no stars I would. The maintenance is horrible. They can't keep anyone in the office, and they barely fix anything. You have to keep calling to get anything done. The staff in the office are rude when they are there and when you are able to get someone. Pest control doesn't always come but you are still being charged. They have break-ins in people vehicles and do nothing about it. The pool does not work. The pictures on the website are false. It does not look like that. Please Please Please be careful when renting here. They change company's every year or so and when they do the jack up your rent even if you've been here for a while. The add charges after rent is paid. I would advise to read the fine print and recorded if you can when speaking to office. T

Where oh where to begin… let me see… ah yes… RUUUUUUNNNN!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! 1st we didn’t even get to inspect the place before we signed the papers, they had us FIRST sign papers THEN inspect the place 🚩🚩🚩🚩 THEN the lady darted out as soon as possible and I realized why.. *ahem…* this place was roach infested.. still is and every time pest control comes by, it just gets worse and worse.. it’s to the point where we have to almost get rid of everything we own, this is not.. again I say… NOT!! The place to live if you have a toddler, my mental health is drained.. and the last time I had to have maintenance done? It took months to get it done… also there’s car alarms going off nightly, screaming and yelling neighbors once a week, and also there’s no one here at this leasing office, y

The new office staff is awesome! They have been very helpful and extremely professional... I've only had a few simple maintenance request, and they're getting fixed in a timely manner.. after all I'm not the only one that lives on the property... Overall, I'm glad I chose to move here.

I rented an apartment 3 weeks ago given keys by one of the property managers and didn’t view my apartment until move in day, the apartment was extremely filthy paint all over the floors , dishwasher and disposal clogged, holes in 2 doors. I was told I wasn’t supposed to move in until after 3 pm, but I was given keys because I paid rent 2 days prior to moving in. Then I was told maintenance had not over look at the apartment for repairs all that was supposed to be handled before 3, two days prior I was told all the apartment needed was painting and I could move in. 3 weeks later I’m yet to see a maintenance person to handle any repairs and I was promise a discount on rent and they avoid me. The property look run down I’m yet to see maintenance pick up any trash off the premises grounds. Eac
