Antonina is truly a gem—she is incredibly kind, personable, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. She makes you feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a resident. Kyle is also amazing, and the entire maintenance team, especially John, is outstanding. Any issue is fixed extremely fast, and they consistently go above and beyond with care, kindness, and professionalism. The neighbors here are so kind, and I’ve truly met some wonderful people. I absolutely love living here. Where do i even start? The leasing agent Antonina is the sweetest person ever. Her and Jordan have been a big help with the move in process! The maintenance men Kyle and John are always helpful, genuine and go above and beyond whenever i need something repaired. I love my unit, it’s spacious and definitely up to date with appliances and the amenities! We have a nice gym, a heated pool that is open year round and friendly neighbors. I have enjoyed living here so much! 10/10 would recommend

I’m writing this to warn others about a very serious situation we experienced while living at this community. The on-site maintenance supervisor sent me multiple disturbing text messages — including saying he was going to enter my apartment, use my bathroom, and even take pictures of himself wearing my wife’s clothes and send them to me. In addition to these messages, he made inappropriate advances toward my wife in person, including asking for her phone number and attempting to hug her by the pool. We reported all of this to management, yet the issue has not been handled appropriately. We continue to feel unsafe in our own home. No tenant should ever have to deal with this type of harassment from a staff member who has access to their apartment. On top of that, there are serious safety

LOYALTY IS PUNISHED HERE. I’ve been a resident for 4 years. Here is the math on how they treat long-term residents: • My Renewal Offer: Higher than my current rent. • Identical Unit Down the Hall: Listed on their website for $200+ LESS per month. • The Management's Logic: They refused to match the price of the identical unit. They told me I have to pay a $500 transfer fee and physically move my belongings down the hallway to get the lower rate. I asked to speak to the Regional Manager, but the onsite team blocked me, claiming "no one has the authority to change the price." I have the best experience in Kendall Park. Nina, Jordan, Kyle and John from office make experience even better. They are always kind and willing to help. The apartment is pet-friendly, which is the reason I choose. The apartment is so clean.
