My experience with Tabitha Smith has been horrible. When I moved in the place needed to be clean, the carpet was not freshly shampooed and the paint was not fresh. I paid to have the place clean myself because she was too cheap to go to the owner to have it done. During my time living there, several maintenance issues went unfixed for days. Often say she never receive my text messages as an excuse. Upon vacating, I gave 30 day notice. I relinquish the apartment about 10 days earlier so that they could already start to re-rent it. My daughter did a video walk-through with me and Tabitha at the time of me relinquish in the property she said everything looked great, and the only thing that needed to be replaced was some towel bars, and that she might look at painting an accent wall.
