Kendall Commercial Center

We have been leasing several units from Kendall Commercial Center for a few years now. They are a very professional team and always make you a priority. Lourdes is always very efficient when it comes to any of your needs with your units. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who may need to lease space.

OFE Orchid Supplies leases two units in the complex since 2011. Before Hurricane Irma, their maintenance crew did a great job cleaning and securing the property. And their clean up right after the storm was even better. We were able to come to work on the Monday after the storm.

You will not receive fair treatment regarding your security deposit. Upon our departure we spackled any holes made from frames/decorations, vacuumed carpets (practically new as we only stayed for 9 months and have no pets), and cleaned the floors and kitchen counter-top. When we received the letter for our security deposit, they quoted our “deep cleaning” and minor repairs bill to the tune of $595. We got a kick out of the $595 price tag; priced as if we we’re paying for a TV at best buy. No tangible explanation given. "That's what we charge"

Awful! Lived at one of their apartments for 3 years and they charged me over $500 from my security deposit and provided no evidence/ reason for the charge other than a paper saying that there was “damages (including extraordinary cleaning).” My God, extraordinary cleaning!? I cleaned the apartment top to bottom before moving out. And damage? What damage? No evidence AT ALL! Just one sheet of paper. These people are FRAUDS!!!

The management team at KCC is always available to help you with any concerns you may have and they usually resolve any issue quickly. Any time I have an issue I deal directly with Lourdes who has always treated me with respect and that is always appreciated. I would recommend you take a look at Kendall Commercial Center if you are looking for a warehouse to move into.
