Kenco Lavista Apartments

I do not recommend this place at all. I was there for two years and the roaches never went away. We spent a lot of money on products to exterminate them and it never stopped. The exterminator came like 4 times in those 2 years and it didn't work. The manager Vonetta was nice at first but after we requested maintenance she started to act indifferent and they never returned our deposit. I would never recommend this place!

5 stars for the resident manager Ms. Vonetta. She's always pleasant and helpful. In 2023 my sister and I moved here from Hampton Hall and the difference is amazing.

I have been living here for almost two years since I moved to Atlanta. Its good location attracted me at first. After I moved to here, I found it’s a quite and safe place to live as I expected. The manager Vonetta is very enthusiastic and professional, she’s always willing to help. Some of my neighbors have been living here for many years, they’re all very good people. The only thing I would complain about is the apartment itself that is a bit old, otherwise everything will be perfect!

Live for years manager so bad nothing do noise complying nahbar up 28. Loud tv eery night 2am morning hitting wall. Thay Have not done nothing ask fix the sinks. Conditions really bad Fire alarm didn' look every year. Vonttnd not manger. To the up manger she did do her job don't reant thar. Wrong fully be . She gave year to move out. This wrong. Gave me 30 day notice. I coud suie her. Just updr manger. Think God I am out this please. Poor poor manger and lease office.

The property manager, Vonetta, is very helpful and maintenance is always very quick to address any issues. My neighbors are friendly and the area is in a good location that is close to a grocery stores, gyms, Emory University, the CDC and many more. I've enjoyed living here and definitely recommend these apartments.
