Kenbrook Village Apartments

I feel like Kenbrook Village is an amazing place to live and a great community. It feels very safe and it looks very beautiful. The doors and windows are very warm and perfectly insulated, the patios are convenient and spacious, the amenities look very cozy. There is even a little bunny jumping around and some deers walking by. We also rented the clubhouse, and I feel like we could not have found a better place for the event! I also think I could have had a whole album of the same spot pictured year round - it looks charming in every weather and every season.

I lived in Kenbrook apartment community for the past 8 years, and it was truly a wonderful place to call home. This was the first home my husband and I shared, and thanks to Tom and Sharon, we had such a warm and welcoming start to our life in the U.S. Sharon always kept the community looking beautiful and welcoming, and Tom regularly patrolled the area, making sure everything was safe and well-maintained. Whenever we needed anything from maintenance or the office, the response was quick and reliable. They TRULY CARE THE COMMUNITY with kind heart rather than just managing. The neighbors were also incredibly kind and caring. I still remember when my cat went missing—so many people stepped up to help, giving advice or even helping post notices. I absolutely loved living here! Such a great community that is well taken care of and maintained. Tom and Sharon are great and makes sure any needs are addressed quickly. A lot to explore in the area and very central to most things in Columbus. If I didn’t get a new job farther away I definitely would have stayed here longer than 2 years.

We truly loved our stay at Kenbrook Village. Tom and Sharon were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. They’re both excellent at what they do. We had a wonderful year here, and we’re so grateful for it. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kenbrook Village to anyone!

My husband and I love living here. We enjoy meeting neighbors in community events, swimming in the swimming pool during summer, and walking/jogging around (which is particularly awesome with a lot of trees and safe neighborhoods). A private patio is also nice to have. Kenbrook Village is close enough to the OSU campus (if you're studying or working there) and other grocery stores (ALDI, Giant Eagle, Market District, Whole Foods, Tensuke Market, Arirang Oriental Market, Kroger, Walmart). A bus stop is near, so you can easily take a bus to get to many of those places as well. Tom and Sharon are very responsive. Great neighborhood overall. People living here are very friendly and inclusive.
