Keltonwood at Berewick Apartment Homes

I’ve had a great experience living here over the years and truly feel it deserves five stars. The location is incredibly convenient, the value is solid, and the apartment itself has been a comfortable place to call home. A huge shout-out to Antuan, our maintenance tech — he always greets us with a smile and a wave, and any maintenance request we’ve had has been handled quickly and professionally. We also really appreciate Ashley, the community manager, for always being prompt, helpful, and genuinely on top of anything we need. It makes such a difference to feel supported by the team. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and it’s clear a lot of pride goes into keeping the community looking great. Keltonwood was our very first home after moving to the US and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. This is such a beautiful, well maintained property and the staff truly make it feel like home. From day one, everyone at the front office was incredibly kind , always greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcome. The clubhouse was spotless and always smelled amazing. I loved that there was always fresh coffee available, I never even needed to go out for one! The have one of the best automatic coffee machines in the main office!!! The maintenance team also deserves special mention. Anytime we had even a small issue, they came promptly, were polite, and fixed things right away. The location is perfect, the community is beautiful, and the entire staff is truly exceptional. Jada in the office has been incredible, she helped me transfer units and answered what felt like a million questions without ever making me feel like a bother. Antwon in maintenance is always so friendly and greets everyone with a smile. Honestly, every staff member I’ve interacted with has been helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. Amazing Experience!!! One of the BEST things about being a resident at Keltonwood at Berewick Apartments is that you never have to worry or panic about anything when it comes to parking, neighborhood safety, mailroom access, valet trash, and exceptional amenities. In addition, the staff are ALWAYS on top of things when it comes to notifying you about maintenance and community events. I love the fact that they are a pet-friendly community! I've looked at many other options before deciding to move here and nothing else compares to this community. Because of them, moving to Charlotte feel like one of the BEST decisions I have ever made in my life! Pure cleanliness, quietness, and convenience!!

I just moved to Keltonwood @ Berewick September of this year. The complex is so beautiful & well lit. I feel safe here. The staff is so kind, friendly & caring. The maintenance people are very reliable. Request goes in 1 day & the next day it's fixed. The surrounding shoppes & restaurants are a definite plus. They are so close if you wanted to walk you can. My stay at Keltonwood is a vibrant, inviting, pleasant, peaceful, cozy, elegant stay. My apartment is very spacious. Love the kitchen & the fact that I have an end apartment. Everything about my apartment & Keltonwood is what I asked for in my prayers. It is only 10 minutes from my job. Prayers are really powerful.
