This was the smoothest home sale we have had. Kelly is the best when it comes to reading the current market, suggesting needed repairs to appeal to buyers, staging the home and facilitating every aspect of our home sale. Our home had an accepted (over asking) offer 48 hours after it went live. Kelly made an extremely stressful process smooth even though we closed from out of state.
