My Father was a Kelly Right agent in CDA Idaho up until he passed in October of 2023. He had commissions from sales owed to him before he died that Joe Kelly and Kelly Right have not paid as of today February, 15th 2024. A company is only as good as its employees and my Dad was as loyal and ethical as it gets. For this company to act in such a way should tell you all you need to know about their morals, how they treat their employees and ultimately what you will come expect as a customer. Our hope is they make it right and we will do what’s necessary to hold them accountable.

Bambi Burrus is an exceptional Realtor who both buyers and sellers can place their trust. She is extremely knowledgeable in the business and takes her fiduciary duty to her clients very seriously. I would recommend Ms. Burrus over any other Realtor for several reasons. First and foremost I have worked with Bambi for over a decade on both sides of transactions, sometimes her representing the other party. She is a true professional and a tireless proponent of putting in what it takes to get the job done so all parties can walk away happy at the end of the transaction. This company in Spokane appears to be sharing confidential information on offers with other potential buyers and delaying the expiration time on offers claiming there are no offers in order to give their own clients time to create an offer. This is unfair business practices. They should be reported to real estate commission.

Worst experience with Calista Wallick. Never answered our questions truthfully and always making excuses on things.
