Living here has been a breath of fresh air for both me and my pup. I have never met a staff that has truly welcomed me with open arms into their community like the staff at Kelly Park has. Shalyce, Grace, and Stephanie in the leasing office always welcome my pup and me into the office with a friendly smile, genuine conversation, and of course, a treat. The maintenance staff—Fidel, Sean, and Craig—always handles issues efficiently and greets me when they see me walking around the complex. As a whole, this staff has truly gone above and beyond whenever I’ve needed anything. The community feels safe and welcoming. I have made friends here that will last a lifetime. Even though I haven’t officially moved in yet, I had to take a moment to rave about the incredible experience I’ve had so far with Kelly Park Apartments, especially with Stephanie and her amazing team. From the very first inquiry, Stephanie has been an absolute rock star. She’s warm, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She took the time to walk me through every detail, answer all of my (many) questions, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Grace, Emily, and the leasing office team has made everything about our move in process so easy! We appreciate their transparency and thorough communication throughout the entire process. The community itself is in a great area, and is very well maintained. The apartments are well taken care of, and I appreciate how they clean and paint them between tenants. Their resident app is very easy to use and maintenance is quick to respond. This place is worth waiting for, so I suggest getting on the waitlist while you can!

My husband and I lived at Kelly Park for 2 years. For the most part, we loved living here! Pros = Maintenance was fast to respond and help! The swimming pool and gym was nice! It was a safe and clean complex! Cons = I understand we signed a lease agreement, but they didn’t work with me to break my lease. I thought I had good reasons due to having a newborn baby and buying a house. I had to continue paying rent and utilities even though I wasn’t living there for months. We also didn’t get much of our deposit back.

I've been living here for the past 5+ years and have had a positive experience overall. The apartments are very spacious for the price. Maintenance staff are nice and quick to resolve issues. I've never gone more than a 1-2 days with anything broken. Folks at the leasing office are friendly. Utility prices are reasonable except for the peak 1-2 months in winter and summer. That's when my electric goes above $100-$125. They offer preventative pest control 3-4x a year. Clean spaces, friendly neighbors. There's no carport and the garages are a bit too expensive for me but everything else makes up for it. Very close to Antioch and Metcalf so there's a lot of things around! Would definitely recommend!
